Studying with Zabaan.
Where is Zabaan located?
Zabaan is at E-137, 1st Floor, East of Kailash, New Delhi 110065, in South Delhi, approximately a five-minute walk from Kailash Colony Metro Station on the Violet Line.
What if I am not in Delhi?
Private lessons are available online worldwide. If you are in Delhi but cannot travel to the centre, home or office instruction may also be possible; transportation charges can apply. Contact us with your location and schedule.
Do you provide accommodation?
Zabaan does not operate accommodation, but we can suggest nearby options for students coming to Delhi. Send us your dates, approximate budget, and preferred area.
What is the centre like?
The East of Kailash centre is designed for focused private and small-group learning, with air-conditioned classrooms, drinking water, washrooms, a waiting area, and complimentary tea and coffee.
Lessons & Scheduling.
Can I cancel a private lesson?
Yes. Please inform the Student Coordinator by email or WhatsApp at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time to avoid being charged. The lesson can then be rescheduled for another mutually convenient time.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time are charged in full.
What happens if Zabaan cancels a private lesson?
We will first try to reschedule the lesson at a nearby mutually convenient time. If a last-minute cancellation cannot be rescheduled, the lesson will not be charged—or, if already deducted, will be restored to your account—and an equivalent amount of complimentary lesson time will be added.
What happens if I miss a group class?
Group courses run on a fixed timetable. If you miss a session, it is recorded as an absence and individual make-up classes are not normally provided. Your teacher can tell you what material to review.
How does online instruction work?
Private lessons can be taught online from anywhere in the world using a video platform such as Google Meet. Your teacher can share documents and materials digitally, and homework can be submitted by email or WhatsApp.
Payments, Packages & Refunds.
How can I pay?
Depending on the service and your location, payment may be made through our online booking/payment system, debit or credit card, Wise, bank transfer, cash, or cheque.
For security and accuracy, bank-transfer details are provided directly on your invoice or by Zabaan staff rather than published on this page.
Does Zabaan charge GST?
Yes. Zabaan charges 18% GST on taxable services in accordance with applicable Indian regulations. Invoices show the GST amount and Zabaan’s registered GST details.
Are lesson packages refundable?
Public group classes, private instruction packages, and online instruction packages are generally non-refundable. Unused private-lesson hours may be transferable to another person; contact the Student Coordinator before arranging a transfer.
How long are private-lesson hour packages valid?
The 15-, 30-, 60-, and 120-hour private lesson packages are valid for up to three years from the date of purchase. See the Private 1:1 Lessons page for current package details.
Will I receive a payment record?
Yes. Zabaan provides a receipt, invoice, or electronic payment confirmation as appropriate for the payment method used.
