I have been learning German at Zabaan. The teacher, Silvio, is very understanding and patient. He takes us through the complicated terrain of German grammar step-by-step, allowing one to be at ease with the language. For somebody who has had practically no exposure to German language, the approach is very friendly. The atmosphere is relaxed and yet very professional. Silvio is a very knowledgeable teacher, who is able to give individual attention to the student and does not hesitate to explain the roots of certain words. He takes special care to ensure that one gets all the pronunciations right.

I just came back from a 4 week intense program at Zabaan. I started online classes with the school from January 2012 and was able to pass a federal language exam requiring intermediate level hindi due to my time at Zabaan. Their language training program is top notch and the teachers are excellent, extremely dedicated and motivational. Zabaan started by covering all the basics in grammer through existing books and invaluable, repetitive drills. From there, a third language instructor began introducing high-level, subject specific vocabulary that raised my speaking abilities to a highly functional level. The combination of grammar instruction, grammar drills, long hours devoted to both free-style and structured conversation and introduction and review of hundreds of new vocabulary was an impressive and successful program. Zabaan is the institution if you wish to speak a language in a short amount of time and fluently. If Zabaan used this training model for other languages they would be my preferred choice. The instructors are warm and friendly, the school and facilities modern. I highly recommend Zabaan for Hindi and Urdu.
