Where is Zabaan located?
Zabaan School for Languages is located in East of Kailash, South Delhi, just a 5-minute walk from Kailash Colony Metro Station (Violet Line). Our central location makes it easy for students to reach us from anywhere in Delhi.
We are close to major South Delhi neighborhoods such as Kailash Colony, Sant Nagar, Amar Colony, Greater Kailash I (GK-1), Nehru Place, Lajpat Nagar, Defence Colony, Pamposh Enclave, and South Extension—all within a short auto-rickshaw ride.

What are my options if I am not in Delhi?
You can still learn with us from anywhere in the world through online classes. Our online lessons work exactly like face-to-face sessions and are conducted over Google Meet, our preferred platform.
If you’re in Delhi but unable to travel to our East of Kailash centre, our teachers can come to your home or office. A small transportation fee will apply.
We also offer on-site group classes at homes and offices—this is a popular option and works just as well as learning at the centre.

Do you provide accommodation?
Yes. While Zabaan does not operate its own housing, we can help you find nearby accommodation. Share your dates and daily budget with us, and we’ll suggest suitable options close to our centre.
In the Classroom
What are the facilities like at Zabaan's center in Kailash Colony?
Zabaan’s centre in East of Kailash is designed to provide a comfortable, quiet, and productive learning environment. Our classrooms are clean, well-lit, air-conditioned, heated, and furnished to support focused one-on-one or small-group learning.
We have two clean bathrooms, RO-purified drinking water, and complimentary hot beverages (tea and coffee) available throughout the day.
Students are welcome to arrive early, stay after class to review notes, or relax in our waiting area between sessions.
The centre is located on a peaceful street just minutes from Kailash Colony Metro Station, making it both accessible and calm—ideal for language study.
Can I cancel a scheduled class?
Yes. If you need to cancel a private instruction class, please inform our Student Coordinator by email or WhatsApp at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged. We will happily reschedule your class for another mutually convenient time.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time will be charged in full.
If Zabaan needs to cancel a private class within 24 hours, we will first try to reschedule it at a nearby time. If rescheduling is not possible due to conflicting timings, we will return the lesson to your account and add the same amount of time back free of charge.
For Group Classes, missed sessions are simply marked as an absence. Since these classes run on a fixed timetable, make-up sessions are not offered; students will need to review the missed material on their own.
Visas
Do I need a visa to enter India?
What kind of visa do I need to learn at Zabaan?
For in-person lessons in New Delhi, you may study at Zabaan with any valid Indian visa.
For online lessons, no visa is required.
Payment
Are you a private limited company?
Yes. Zabaan School for Languages Private Limited is a registered Private Limited Company, incorporated on 9 June 2009 under the Companies Act, 1956.
Our Corporate Identification Number (CIN) is U74999DL2009PTC191040, and our GST number is 07AANCS3080N1ZS.
Do you pay GST?
Yes. Zabaan charges 18% GST on all taxable services in accordance with current Government of India regulations. All invoices issued by Zabaan clearly reflect the GST amount and include our registered GST number (07AANCS3080N1ZS) for your reference.
How do I pay?
You can pay for your classes in several convenient ways:
For in-person classes at the Zabaan Centre (New Delhi):

When am I expected to pay for a Public Group Class and/or Private Instruction?
Group Classes:
• Payment is required in advance, as this helps us keep the class size stable and confirmed.
Private Instruction:
• You can pay before the session begins or immediately after it ends.
• You are welcome to pay for multiple sessions at once or pay session by session, whichever is more convenient.
When am I expected to pay for Online Instruction?
• Payment for each online session must be made at least 24 hours before the session begins.
• You may pay for multiple online sessions in advance, or pay one session at a time, whichever you prefer.
Will I receive a record of my payment?
• In-person payments (card, cash, or cheque): You will receive an official receipt from the Zabaan Office Manager.
• Online Instruction payments (website or Wise): You will receive a payment confirmation from Wise at your email address, and Zabaan will send you a PDF receipt once your payment is processed.
How can I receive a refund for purchased instruction time?
• Public Group Classes: These are non-refundable.
• Private Instruction and Online Instruction: Also non-refundable.
• However, you may transfer your remaining balance (unused hours) to another person. Please inform the Student Coordinator so we can update your student account accordingly.
Can I cancel a scheduled session?
Private Instruction:
• Yes. If you need to cancel a private lesson, please contact the Student Coordinator by email or WhatsApp at least 24 hours before the session to avoid being charged.
• The session can then be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time are charged in full.
If Zabaan needs to cancel:
• We will first try to reschedule the lesson on the same day.
• If a last-minute cancellation is unavoidable, we will refund the full amount and also add the same amount of time to your account free of charge.
Group Classes:
• If you are unable to attend a Group Class, you will be marked absent for that session and will need to catch up on your own.
Online Instruction
Which Zabaan courses are available through Online Instruction?
All languages taught at Zabaan are available through Online Instruction. Every private course—both individual and small-group—can be taken online.
How does Online Instruction work?
Online Instruction can be conducted through Google Meet, Zoom, or Teams, all of which allow free international video calling. This enables Zabaan instructors to teach students anywhere in the world.

How will my homework be corrected?
If you are assigned homework, you may complete it by hand or digitally. After finishing it, you can scan or photograph your work and send it to your instructor by email or WhatsApp before your next class. Your instructor will look at it and if need be, mark it by hand and return the corrected version to you.
