Current Opportunities

1. Student Advisors (2 positions)
Job Location: Kailash Colony, New Delhi & Juhu, Mumbai

Responsibilities:

– Be the first point of contact between the students and the teachers and management
– Respond to student enquiries and suggest suitable classes
– Liaison with Student Coordinators on making bookings and receiving payments
– Manage schedules for group courses and private classes
– Advise students of any problems and implement solutions for these
– Recognise problems in scheduling and programming and provide solutions to resolve them
– Coordinate language proficiency assessments
– Initiate contact with potential students and support in marketing efforts in bringing new students onboard

Skills required:

– Ability to interact positively with students
– Counselling skills
– Problem solving
– Creative thinking 
– Critical thinking
– The ability to think outside the box
– Good listener
– A minimum of 2 years relevant or related experience
– Bachelor’s degree
